Associate Kendal Simpson’s argument highlighted in Texas Lawbook and Dallas Morning News

On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Reese Marketos associate Kendal Simpson argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in defense of a summary judgment that Reese Marketos partners Joel Reese and Brad Gordon, with Kendal’s help, obtained in federal district court. The summary judgment denied all the claims of T. Boone Pickens and Oklahoma State University against Reese Marketos’s clients and other defendants in a case in which Pickens and OSU sought more than $33 million in damages. The case was highly publicized, and Kendal’s sterling argument was highlighted in the Texas Lawbook and the Dallas Morning News.
