Joel Reese, Brad Gordon, and Kendal Simpson prevailed in publicized lawsuit

Partners Joel Reese and Brad Gordon, along with associate Kendal Simpson, prevailed in a much publicized lawsuit against Boone Pickens. On March 9, 2012, U.S. District Judge Jorge Solis granted the motion for summary judgment filed by Reese Marketos team, ending a more than two year lawsuit where Mr. Pickens and Cowboy Athletics sought more than $33,000,000 in damages.
