Largest False Claims Act Verdict of 2021

Reese Marketos will pursue cases not just through settlement, but, if necessary, through trial. As reported in the Wall Street Journal on September 27, 2021, Reese Marketos obtained a verdict of more than $36 million on behalf of the United States against MD Helicopters, Inc. This is one of the largest defense procurement verdicts under the False Claims Act.
