Partner Pete Marketos wins verdict against UPS

Reese Marketos Partner Pete Marketos, along with The Perrin Law Firm, won a negligence jury verdict against UPS on behalf of their clients, the Rankin Family. Scott Rankin was cycling on a country road outside of Boerne, Texas, when he collided with a UPS truck in broad daylight. The collision broke Mr. Rankin’s neck and rendered him a quadriplegic. Mr. Rankin, who was 37 at the time of the accident, is a husband and father of three young children. Click here to see the jury’s verdict.
