Reese Marketos obtains favorable settlement

HMS Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMSY) announced its settlement with Public Consulting Group, Inc. of lawsuits in Texas and New York. Reese Marketos represented HMS as lead counsel in widely publicized litigation in New York and Texas. In a press release issued by HMS, HMS Chairman and CEO Bill Lucia stated that the objectives of the litigation—to defend HMS’s intellectual property and to protect its trade secrets—have been accomplished.
