Reese Marketos takes a case to the Supreme Court

Reese Marketos is at the forefront of the law with regard to real property nuisance. The Texas Supreme Court issued what legal commentators have called 40-page treatise on the law of nuisance in Crosstex North Texas Pipeline v. Gardiner. Reese Marketos was lead counsel on the appeal for landowners, the Gardiners. The Texas Supreme Court redefined the law of real property nuisance.
