Reese Marketos wins procedural victory on behalf of New York Attorney General in climate change litigation

Reese Marketos prevailed in transferring the highly-publicized climate change litigation filed by ExxonMobil against the state attorneys general for New York and Massachusetts. RM represented New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman in the Texas litigation. US District Judge Ed Kinkeade transferred the Texas litigation to New York, which effectively ended the Texas litigation.
