Securities fraud lawsuit filed against Nuance Communications

On November 1, 2012, Reese Marketos filed a securities fraud lawsuit against Nuance Communications in connection with a $45 million acquisition of a privately held software company. Reese Marketos’s clients seek more than $20 million in damages from Nuance after an arbitration panel found that Nuance fraudulently induced the former stockholders in the software company into a merger agreement.
